Welcome to An Unorthodox View of “How It Is”!
This site is intended to go beyond conventional perspectives and explore the nature of reality through the lens of my personal experiences in life as well as my forays into other planes of reality.
It is not my intention to either persuade or convert anyone to my particular views or beliefs. I recognize that much, if not all, of what I say here might challenge your present thinking, but that is what is precisely what is called for if one seeks to advance their own understanding.
While thoughtful discussion and respectful interaction are encouraged, all comments will be moderated, so there may be a delay between when you submit your comment and when it displays on the site for others to read. No personal attacks or foul language will be tolerated. Comments that do not meet that standard will be deleted.
The content on this site consists of a series of posts (articles) that are meant to be read in the order they were given. I had intended that the first post would always be shown, but the software doesn’t always do what I want it to do. To begin at the beginning, go to An Unorthodox View and click on “Go to Next Post” from there. The Recent Posts and Archives section will show posts in order from the most recent to the to oldest, with the Archives being organized by month and year, with the most recent month at the top.
I suggest that you read the entries in the Lexicon section of the site, which will give you some definitions for some of the concepts that will be developed here. Click on the magnifying glass icon at the far right of the menu bar to open a Search box, where you can type in a term that you might be looking for.
If you want to subscribe to the AUV News mailing list, you can do that through the Newsletter page. I don’t intend to send out more than one email per week, so you won’t be pummeled by a lot of emails from me. Their main purpose will be to alert you to new content on the site, so you won’t miss anything important.
You can contact me directly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let me know if there are any broken links or other errors, so I can fix them.
Welcome and enjoy!
